Anyone can cook a dish or a meal by following the recipe guidelines. The differences in people that cook, is the desire. Take any recipe. read down the ingredients list and qualities. All seasoning fresh or out of a container can be removed or substituted as well as the measured amount with another seasoning and amount to your preferences. When you are preparing a meal or dish this way, pencil in the changes (ingredients and quantities) on the recipe so that you can reproduce the meal or dish in the future or to make further changes. Susie and myself have experimented with a lot of recipes. The recipes posted on this site were collected from different cooks books over the years that or were passed down from friends and family members. Once you have perfected your master piece recipe and would like to share it, we would be happy to post it in this web site for you.
