Genealogy Instructions
When filling out the Genealogy Form the primary family Morren or Other. (OTHER please give brief description in the comment section where you are connected into the different Genealogy Branches)
Only fill the portions you are comfortable filling out.
Leave the entry blank if it does not apply.
Fill out as much information as possible (if exact names and dates are not known send the partial names and dates that you know).
The E-Mail Field is the only mandatory item that must be entered to enable the Send Button
Filling out more than one form is just fine. If you have the data for your parents, children, cousins or Aunts and Uncles feel free to file out a form in there behalf.
When filing out the form do not depress ENTER on your keyboard because it will also activate the Send Mode. Use the TAB key or use of your mouse to position your cursor into the appropriate fields to be filled out.
Any and all data Susie and I collect from the forms will entered in our personal Morren Families Tree (FTM Software) and will be shared on completion with all the Morren family members. Susie, Dean and Laveta
